Freda retired in 2011 after 32 years from Asheville's The Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa, where she was the Director of Catering and Convention Services. During my many years at the resort I had the previledge of planning many events from a variety of clients from fortune 500 companies with over 1000 attendees to local charity events with world famous entertainers

 

It has been a true pleasure to have been included in the planning of Ruth Graham's 80th birthday celebration, The Many Birthday celebrations for Elaine D. Sammons, Freda has designed events for numerous corporations, such as "Ingles" markets for 100 to 1000 attendees, not to mention events for President Barrack Obama on his 2 visits to Asheville, and countless Senators and Congressmen.
